From the first discovery of your brand to a client’s discussions with friends after purchase, your business is communicating a brand experience. And your website’s user experience may be undermining brand experience despite stunning visual appeal. We want pretty websites and optimized sales funnels, of course. But combining the right UX and the right brand experience can change a company from struggling to dominating the field in short order. 

To illustrate what this looks like, we will showcase digital transformation work we carried out for Paradise Beach Cozumel. We will show how a complete digital brand experience starts from the design of analytics and backend systems the client never sees. Next, how the experience continues through the design of a user journey that looks for human interactions from initial AI search, through the booking process and actual visit, to the last thank-you email.

Attendees will come away with an understanding of what brand experience is, how to identify inconsistencies in the overall user flow, and how to create brand experiences from backend to frontend. Further, how the brand experience goes beyond the website to the larger Internet, and how to shape it. No technical expertise is required for this session. The focus will be on learning to ask the right questions.
