Join us at McCormick Field for the Asheville Tourists Hippies baseball game! Don't like sports? That's ok, you'll be in good company and welcome to just catch up with other camp attendees. For the brewery lovers out there, it's Thirsty Thursday, featuring $1 regular and $3 craft beer.

Please RSVP if you'll be joining us so we'll have a ticket for you! We are able to cover up to 2 tickets per family, but additional tickets can be requested in our section at cost. Please mention in the accommodations field if you would like to purchase additional tickets.

You can pick up your ticket starting at 5:45pm. Look for Aeryn Jackson from the organizing team wearing a brown camp shirt and quite possibly a rainbow umbrella hat.

Join us for pizza at Standard Pizza Co. on Biltmore Avenue. It’s a great time to meet people and network over games of ping-pong, foosball, and more! Families are welcome.

Limited pizza and beverages will be available, first come, first serve.

Continue the conversation over a Southern staple: BBQ! Darts, corn hole, and more games are available upon request. As always, families are welcome.

Order your food and/or beverages and meet us outside. The food and bar lines are separate.

We recommend reviewing the food menu before you arrive to keep the line moving. Bear's Smokehouse BBQ has vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

We also recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service.

We will be conveniently located downtown for continued adventures exploring Asheville with your new Drupal friends.

Come join your new Drupal friends on a hike to Catawba Falls. This awesome 3-mile out-and-back hiking adventure features old dams, creek crossings, newly built footbridges, and waterfalls. Detailed description, photos, and historical info.

How hard is this hike?

Super easy! This is a beautiful, gently sloped trail that is very accessible, and perfect for kids and family! The major water crossings have bridges, and you won't need waterproof boots to traverse the minor creeks that flow across a couple spots on the trail.

This trail is newly renovated with stairs and an observation tower near the waterfall.

How do I get there?

We will meet at The Dripolator Coffeehouse in Black Mountain between 10 - 10:30 am to get caffeinated and convoy over to the trailhead.

Here are some alternative directions in case the interwebs fail you.

• Head East on I-40 to Exit 73 for Old Fort.
• Immediately after exiting the interstate, hang a hard right onto Catawba River Road.
• It is a 2-lane road that ends at the parking area for the hike, so drive until you can't drive anymore.

What should I bring?

A great attitude, a Drupal shirt (if you have one) for a photo, a camera, some water and any snacks or lunch you want to eat. If you want to go swimming, bring a swimming suit and a towel!

A quick note for pet owners: This is a pet-friendly area, but local laws require your pet be on a leash. This hike can get busy sometimes, so keep that in mind when considering bringing your animals!
